Get your ticket now! Here you can find out everything you need to know about your admission ticket to the history of Berlin.
Advance ticket sales at the earliest 30 days before the desired visit date via our ticket shop. Depending on availability, you can also buy your time ticket on the day of your visit online or on site. However, please use the advance booking if possible to make it easier for us to control the flow of visitors in accordance with the applicable corona protective measures.

DISCOUNT
for students, international students, FSJ attendees, etc., when receiving transfer payments (ALG I / ALG II) or with severe disability (at least 50%)
FREE ADMISSION
for children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, for persons accompanying people with severe disabilities (at least 50%), persons with an electronic residence permit (eAT), the press, partner institutions, sponsors and members of the development associations

How is advance booking organized?
Tickets are available 14 days in advance of the desired date of your visit. The tickets are not personalized and are therefore transferable. However, please note any reasons for a discount.
How do I buy an online ticket?
Variant 1: Please select the museum you would like to visit under filter (above the calendar). Then select the desired day of your visit.
Variant 2: Please use the calendar to select the desired day of your visit. Now select the ticket and the museum.
How do I show my online ticket?
Please bring your ticket (s) either printed out or digitally on your smartphone and submit proof of any reasons for a discount without being asked.
What can I do if the online ticket cannot be shown on my device (smartphone, tablet)?
To be on the safe side, please take a screenshot of your PDF ticket(s) after purchase and save it e.g. under "Images" on your device.
Can I cancel my online ticket?
Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, see the terms and conditions of Stadtmuseum Berlin GmbH.
